Hertfordshire’s leading privately owned residential developer, Heronslea Group has strengthened its team with the promotion of Sam Koffman to Head of Acquisitions, after only joining the group eight months ago. In this short period of time, Sam has already acquired two sites with many more exciting projects in the pipeline for 2022.
It’s an exceptionally busy time for the group with unprecedented interest and sales many of which have been off-plan. Jason Rishover, CEO of Heronslea Group comments: "This promotion is well earned, Sam is young, eager and talented and real asset to the business, from when he first joined us his mindset was a ‘dozen deals in a dozen months’. We are finding the buoyant market is driving up demand for our homes and Sam has an excellent track-record in helping landowners maximise the value of their property. By selling to Heronslea they can not only be confident in the quality of homes that we will build, but also in the care that we take in ensuring that full consultation with the local community is undertaken. We have significant expansion plans this year and Sam’s appointment is instrumental in our success in this.”
Sam has been in the property world since 2105 starting his career in sales and lettings for London Properties before being headhunted by Goldschmidt and Howland. He then got his big break in property development at Even Group where he was part of several key acquisitions including the former Head Office for Bovis Homes into 53 new homes and a former garage in Sheffield into a 400+ bed student development.
Sam adds: “I’ve loved minute at Heronslea so this promotion means everything to me. It’s an exciting time, which I’m really happy to be part of. My focus will be securing more sites and creating a profitable working relationship with property and landowners.”
Heronslea Group is currently building in, Bushey, Edgware, Barnet, Elstree and Radlett.
